Advise on endpoint selection to ensure alignment with patient priorities.
Support interpretation of patient experience data to inform trial decisions and reporting.
Provide guidance on integrating patient feedback across all phases of the trial lifecycle.
Strategic & Stakeholder Guidance
Provide insights into patient priorities, unmet needs, and trial design considerations.
Facilitate alignment among patients, payers, clinicians, and industry teams.
Support strategic decision-making to improve feasibility, design, and patient experience.
Develop company-level patient strategies and patient community strategies.
Advise on operational initiatives that strengthen patient involvement and outcomes.
Qualitative Research & Insight Generation
Design and conduct qualitative research studies from start to finish.
Create study protocols, discussion guides, and recruitment plans.
Recruit patients, caregivers, advocacy groups, or clinicians for interviews or focus groups.
Conduct in-depth interviews, moderation, and qualitative data collection.
Analyze qualitative data using rigorous thematic analysis and methodological best practices.
